Description

This module allows the user to create, update and delete a VolumeBackupPolicy resource in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure

For I(state=present), creates a new user defined backup policy.

For more information about Oracle defined backup policies and user defined backup policies, see L(Policy-Based Backups,https://docs.cloud.oracle.com/iaas/Content/Block/Tasks/schedulingvolumebackups.htm).
